Request deletion of your Cardit account
You can request that your Cardit account and associated personal data be deleted. Some records may be retained only where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legitimate operational requirements.
Fastest option for signed-in users
Open the Cardit app, go to Profile, then Account, and choose Delete Account and Data. This starts the authenticated deletion flow for your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your Cardit account. Include your full name and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. After verification, we will process deletion subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
